    The clip that holds the camera on the unit is very stiff so removing the camera every time you exit the car is tough but the goo Works exactly as described on a Nissan rear view mirror and only required a 1/2 wrap of the rubber sheet included to make it fit securely on my mirror post. It is made of a hard but flexible plastic material similar to Zytel which a very durable plastic that rifle stocks are made from because Zytel doesn’t crack when dropped on the ground.     Better than a suction cup The shorter of the two lugs provided with the mount fit my TaoTronics Dash Cam (purchased a couple years ago on Amazon). The previous suction cup mount would fall off the window every couple of months. The double-sided sticker that came with this mount seems to adhere firmly, but I could not attach it to my windshield. The swivel is so poorly designed, it will not work for windshields unless they are steeply sloped. Should be fine for a lot of cars, but not my Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep’s…
