    Best Single-DIN Alpine HU out there, period Couldn’t ask for a better HU. Bluetooth syncs up great, audio controls out the wazzoo, sounds great with my Alphine 5-ch amp, Pandora is great too. Now if the local radio stations would put out more info for the HD channels, that would be great – but that’s not Alpine’s fault. I have had Alpine HU’s in the past, but this is the best one yet (if you remain at the single din size HU). Great choice here – you won’t be disappointed.     Bluetooth failures across multiple head units and with four different phones (NOT RECOMMENDED) I am experiencing bluetooth issues with the ALPINE CDE-HD149BT. I’m actually on my second head unit, after exhausting all attempts to get the first one to persistently play audio through bluetooth. The second unit is doing the same thing, just less frequently.I have paired four different phones (HTC One, 2 difference Samsung Gallexy 5s, iPhone 5) and all have experienced the same thing.
